IEC 60335-2-7 Electrical Appliance Tester For Washing Machine Door Endurance Test

Standard: IEC 60335-2-7 household and similar electrical appliances – safety: part 2-7:particular requirements for washing machines, clause 20.101; IEC 60335-2-11 household and similar electrical appliances – safety: part 2-11:particular requirements for tumble dryers, clause 20.101.

Application: The device is used for mechanical endurance test to doors of washing machine and tumble dryer.

Test sample: Washing machine, tumble dryer

Feature: The device uses the MITSUBISHI PLC control, 7 inch color touch screen operation. Built in voltage regulator, can guarantee the rated voltage input. The equipment is composed of an electric control cabinet, a sample holder and two mechanical hand mounted on the sample holder (step motor drive). The machine frame is made of high grade aluminum alloy profile, and the mechanical hand is respectively installed on the beam and the supporting column of the frame, can satisfy left open door and the upper door test to different sizes washing machine.

Test equipment for locking means (similar to an endurance test), capable to energized and de-energized 6 000 times, six times a minute or at the rate imposed by the construction of the appliance if this is lower.

Tumble washing machine door opening/ close endurance test:: Test 1: the door can not open or the interlocking device cut off the power supply when open to 75mm, and when open >75mm, the tumble washing machine / dryer can not start. Test 2: Supply rated voltage to the test sample, then open /close the door 6000 times.
