Application:

It is use to check whether the terminals with screw and screwless terminals can bears the mechanism force under normal operation. Mainly use to judge whether the design and structure of screw clamping terminals meet the requirement of clamp the conductors without excessive damage.

1. Scale adjustment: Unlock the fixed nut of the scale position, adjust the fixture to the required height for the test and fix it.

2. Center adjustment: use the wire hammer to find the center of the turntable. Here we need to correspond to the shape of the sample, so that the leading-out terminal of the sample is alignment.

3. Sample installation.

3.1. The connection terminals are connected to the corresponding wires, and clamp and fix the fixtures after installing.

3.2. The wire are through to the corresponding bushing and install the corresponding counterweight.
