Products Introduction:

The switch plug socket test equipment is designed and manufactured according to IEC61058-1,IEC60669-1 standards and etc. It is applicable for household and similar fixed electrical installations’ breaking capacity and normal operation life test, also suitable for testing household and similar usage plug/ socket’s breaking capacity and normal operation life. The purpose is assessing whether the switch is able to withstand the normal use of mechanical damage and electrical fatigue damage, and whether the contact points has adhesion phenomenon, long-term closed or disconnected phenomena, to examine whether the test samples excessive worn and have other harmful consequences. It is special test equipment for switches and plug-sockets electrical endurance test.

The device is made of aluminum alloy rack, stainless steel seal plate, driven by a servo motor and ball screw, 7 inch color touch screen human operation and powerful digital display function, PLC control. The testing times, the connecting time, testing rate, test stroke and the rotating angle (Can be set up to 15 angles) can be preset. Every working station is equipped with universal fixtures, which is suitable for the switch test of most products. There are 6 working stations of this tester, two working stations are use for keyboard switches test, two working stations are used for rocker switch test or toggle switch test or button switch, and other two working stations are used for rotary switch test. When the switch consecutive turned on or off due to adhesion or failure, it can fault alarm and record the number of experiments. When an alarm occurs, the test is stopped automatically. It can be got an external load to this machine for doing the load test, the machine is beautiful, practical and easy to operate, it is an essential experimental apparatus for the quality inspection departments, scientific research units to test the safety of household electrical appliances.
