The high vacuum exhaust table for high voltage DC relay is mainly used for vacuuming, leak detection, gas filling and sealing of high voltage DC relay series product components. The equipment uses a molecular pump as the main pump for vacuuming and is equipped with 5 station exhaust nozzles. It can work in a single or multiple station combination, realizing a series of automated operations from manual placement of relays to locking and sealing, pre-evacuation, high vacuum exhaust, gas filling and leak detection, sealing and leak detection.

Working principle of the product:
The testing equipment consists of a workpiece sealing system, a vacuum system, an inflation system, a cutting system and an electrical system, which can automatically inflate and seal the workpiece.
