Product Introduction with IP Testing Equipment:
The IPX3/4 Spray Nozzle is a hand-held test device to verify
protection against spraying and splashing water. The water pressure
can be adjusted using the flow control knob on the device to give
the required flow rate. The pressure can be seen on the gauge which
is conveniently positioned by the nozzle. The spray pattern of the
nozzle is made to the specifications of IEC 60529. A movable shield
can be put down over a portion of the nozzle for IPX3 or moved out
of the spray pattern for IPX4.

Installation and Commissioning with IP Testing Equipment:
Install the water flow meter, water pipe, and irrigation device,
then open the valve to adjust the water flow to (10 ± 5%) L/min,
and check if the pressure gauge indicates a pressure within the
range of 50-150KPa. If the water flow is less than 10 liters, a
booster pump should be installed. Please refer to the following
pictures.
☆ IP3 Sample Waterproof Rating Test: Conduct the test using a
flapper according to IEC60529 Figure 5.
☆ IP4 Sample Waterproof Rating Test: Please remove the flapper to
allow the sample to be splashed from all directions.
